Held each year in remembrance of 9/11, this statewide competition celebrates Ohio’s police, fire, EMS, and public safety professionals while showcasing the pride of the communities they serve.

📚 Mrs. Starline’s Language Arts students combined reading and technology in a creative project! While reading Hoot, they used tools like Canva and SchoolAI to research and design posters raising awareness about endangered species. 💡🐢✨

STEM students put the engineer and design process to work and build straw towers and students ignite their curiosity as they analyze clues in Mystery Bags to discover expectations in class this year.

Students are partnering with the Bethel Historic Museum to be part of their Young Historians group. Their first mission is to.research and write signage for items on display.

7th graders worked in literature circles to identify literary elements in fiction.

Career Exploration with Mrs. Harrison… Researching about air- traffic controllers, including licensure, certifications, and qualifications!  

7th grade Art students completed a collaboration with 3 classes to create a grid painting.  They knocked it out of the park!!

🦖 Our 6th graders went back in time! After reading about the de-extinction of dire wolves, each group researched an extinct animal, debated the pros & cons of bringing it back, and created posters to share their ideas. 🌍✨ Amazing creativity and critical thinking on display!

6th graders did an activity learning about the various pathways inside the career cluster that interests them. This helps them see what careers are available and if that cluster is a good fit for them.

In 6th grade PLTW, our students are diving into the fascinating world of propulsion systems. They’re learning how rockets soar through space by experimenting with film canister rockets. It’s an exciting and hands-on experience that’s sure to captivate their imaginations!

Mrs. Starline’s language arts students explored narrative writing using Curipod, an interactive tool that gives them instant feedback to grow their skills! 📚✍️
