Picture Day for K-2 students will be this Friday, September 15th. Please return the picture forms with your child. Preschool Picture Day will be September 20th.

Grandparents Day will be celebrated at William Bick at the end of September. If you have not returned your reservation forms, please do so as soon as possible.
Once again, Empower Youth is teaming up with the staff and teachers of Bethel-Tate
Schools to offer a supply of meals and snacks for children over the weekends and
extended breaks, free of charge. Bags are distributed on the last school day before the weekend (mostly Fridays but on long weekends, itās Thursdays.)
Any child enrolled in a Bethel-Tate School is able to receive these weekly bags of food. If you believe your child could benefit from this program, we encourage you to sign them up by filling out the form included with this post.

We have a preschool aide job opening at William Bick.

In response to parent concerns about student health and well-being, Clermont County ESC is partnering with ParentGuidance.orgā to deliver presentations developed by licensed therapists.
The series is free, virtual, interactive, and designed to help parents and caregivers support students. ā
Registration, attendance and interactions are kept totally anonymous from other viewers. Parent/Teacher/Student Compacts will be coming home with students in the next few days. Please read over the form with your child(ren), sign it, and return it to their teacher.
School pictures will take place on September 15th for our K-2 students. Preschool pictures will take place on September 20th. Forms for students will be coming home with students prior to picture day!
Reminder that there is no school on Monday, September 4, 2023. Enjoy the day with your family and friends.

This Wednesday, August 2nd will be a busy one... In the morning is the IPM Food Pantry from 10-12 at William Bick Primary. In the evening is the Tiger Tools for Schools from 6-8 at Burke Park. Families can get food in the morning and K-5 students can get a book bag and school supplies in the evening.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Bethel-Tate High School is hosting a Mock Crash 9:21 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2023.
As part of this, there will be a large presence of emergency response vehicles and, weather permitting, an AirCare helicopter at the school.
We are making this announcement so no one is alarmed when they see the increased presence of emergency responders.

As a reminder, Hill Intermediate is hosting our Arts Show, a collection of work from our K-5 students, tonight from 4:30-8:00 PM in the cafeteria and Tiger Room. There will also be a family craft area. We will see you there!
