Eighth grade students using what they have learned in math this year to create a water park. They are using their knowledge of slope, distance, midpoint, Pythagorean Theorem and coordinate planes.



Students in Mrs. Patrick’s room are learning about Mesopotamia by working through six different stations. They are completing assignments on Mesopotamia’s: Economics, Religion, Achievements, Politics, Society, and Geography.

Mrs. Clift's students have been learning about the Titanic. Each student received a card revealing information about a passenger aboard the Titanic. As the students learned if their passenger lived or died, Mr. Glader played "My Heart Will Go On. "

Baker/Essig team completing LEGENDS week. After learning about John Henry, Paul Bunyon, along with discussion of Arthur Legend Sword in the Stone, students went outside to first hand experience some of the aspects.





Several students had the opportunity to spend a day hiking the Steven Newman Perimeter Trail with Steve Newman! The day was packed with history lessons about his walk around the world along with identifying plants, trees, flowers, shells, animal tracks and rocks along the way!











8th graders in Ms. Kincer's class are finding creative ways to express what they've learned through independent reading books by creating Passion Projects!
