Due to staffing changes, Health Source Mobile Dental Clinic has canceled its scheduled February visits to Bick Primary and Hill Intermediate Schools. Due to calendar conflicts, an alternative date could not be arranged. We are currently working with Health Source to secure dental opportunities for our families at other Health Source Mobile Dental Clinic sites. Please watch for updates.

Turn completed forms into your child’s school.
HealthSource Mobile Dental will do your child’s dental exam when they come to the school; you will receive a report from the dental team.
HealthSource Mobile Vision will do your child’s vision screening, glasses and fitting if necessary, and a comprehensive health exam; you will receive a report from the Vision Team.
Most insurance plans accepted, including Medicaid.
