Bethel-Tate Local School District is excited to invite students and their families to the first annual Back-to-School Bash, a free evening designed to help families connect, prepare for the new school year and have fun together.
Please join us from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2026, in the Bethel-Tate High School front parking lot for an evening filled with community resources, school information, food, wellness services and family activities.
Families will have the opportunity to:
Meet staff from each Bethel-Tate school building
Connect with local health care, mental health, and community organizations
Learn about athletics, transportation, and school resources
Enjoy complimentary voucher for food from local food trucks (while supplies last)
Receive free haircuts from Great Clips or a voucher (while supplies last)
Enter the Tiger Tools backpack giveaway for students in grades K-4 (while supplies last)
Community partners currently scheduled to attend include: Child Focus, NECCO, HealthSource Ohio, Great Clips, Bethel PD, Bethel Tate Fire / EMS, Bick Primary School, Hill Intermediate School, Bethel-Tate Middle School, Bethel-Tate High School, Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health, IPM Food Pantries, Clermont Metropolitan Housing, Grant Career Center, Catholic Charities of Southwest Ohio, Ohio School Safety Center, and more.
Food Trucks currently scheduled include: Mama Bears Mac & Cheese, Steak It Eazy, Taste of Mexico, and Cheese and Chong.
“This event is all about bringing our community together before the start of a new school year,” said Josh Tucker, Director of Student Support Services, Food Service, Wellness & School Safety. “Whether families are looking for school information, community resources, or simply a fun evening together, we hope everyone will join us.”
