COVID-19 UPDATE: March 12, 2020 at 5:57 p.m.
On March 12, Governor Mike DeWine recommended the closure of elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the state of Ohio to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) for three weeks. Bethel-Tate School District will be closed effective March 16, 2020 through April 3, 2020. It is important that students attend school on Friday March 13th to receive instructional materials to complete during the closure.
During this closure with the exception of the week of March 23 (spring break), teachers will be reporting to their buildings from 8 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. Teachers will be answering questions via phone and email from parents and students from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on these days.
We know our families will have many questions. Please be patient as we address these issues. More details will be shared tomorrow related to food service, alternative education resources, and other essential information.
Information is changing rapidly, often on a day-to-day basis. We will communicate significant updates with our parents via our website (www.betheltate.org), social media, and emails.
