CURRENT EVENTS
Please see Activities/Current Events for the latest news at school. Class supply lists are posted here.
SCHOOL HOURS
Students may begin arriving at 8:ooam and they will wait in the cafeteria until 8:15 am. Children must be dropped off in the west parking lot (playground) and come in through the cafeteria doors. Breakfast is available from 8:00- 8:20 am each morning. School begins promptly at 8:20am.
The office is open from 7:00am until 3:30 pm.
Students are dismissed from school at 2:50pm.
**If you are changing the dismissal plans for your child, please fax us a note (513 734-3013) or bring in a note to the office by 2:00pm. We will let your child and your child's teacher know of the dismissal change.
Lunch
Parents are welcome to have lunch with their child, but must provide ID at the office. (For all other visitors, we must have a written note from the parent giving permission for that person to eat lunch with your child.) Just stop by the office about five minutes before your child's class goes to lunch -- sign in and get a visitor sticker.
Visitors
In order to insure the safety of the students at our school, all parents and visitors must show identification and sign in at the office.
Absences
If your child is absent, it is your responsibility to call the absence line and report the absence (513 734-2271 option 3, then 1). The absence line is available at all times of the day or night. If you have a pre-scheduled appointment, you may send a note ahead of time.
If you have specific questions, please contact Kym Pride at pryde_k@betheltate.org. Her phone number is 513 734-2271, option 3, then 3066.
You may e-mail your child's teacher requesting homework to be left in the office for you to pick up later in the day.
