New School Resource Officer at High School

Deputy Sheriff James Johnson:

Bethel-Tate Local School District has entered into a three year, ten month a year contract with Clermont County Sheriff's Office to provide a School Resource Officer at Bethel-Tate High School.  This contract will allow one deputy to be assigned to the high school beginning August 15, 2018 continuing through the first week in June the following year.

The selection process has been completed and Deputy James Johnson has been selected.  Deputy Johnson has be an active member of the Sheriff's Office for nearly twenty years.SRO Johnson Picture

BTMS receives the 2017 Momentum Award from the Ohio Department of Education!

The Momentum Award is presented by the State Board of Education and recognizes schools for exceeding expectations in student growth for the year. Schools must earn straight A’s on all Value-Added measures on the report card. The school or district must have at least two Value-Added subgroups of students, which includes gifted, lowest 20% in achievement, and students with disabilities.http://education.ohio.gov/Topics/District-and-School-Continuous-Improvement/Awards-and-Recognition/Momentum-Award
