Support BTHS Service Squad

This coming Monday, April 23rd, our student lead community service groups will be having a fundraiser at Chipotle from 5pm-9pm. Please come out and support our students doing fantastic works, such as their annual Earth Day Tree Planting, annual Thomas A. Wildey Prom, bottle cap benches for our community, along with other great projects. Simply go to the Amelia Chipotle on April 23rd between 5pm-9pm, order food and show this flyer or tell the cashier you are there to support Bethel-Tate's community service groups.

Marching Band Participates in Reds Opening Day Parade Band

Allison Parks Receives Top Academic Award and Scholarship Parks

Senior Allison Parks has been selected as a 2018 National Merit Finalist.  This distinction placed Allison in the top 1% of high school students nationally.

With her Finalist distinction, Allison has also been awarded the University of Kentucky's most prestigious scholarship, the Patterson Scholarship.  The Patterson Scholarship provides 4 years of full tuition plus a $10,000 per year housing stipend.

University of Kentucky President, Eli Capilouto, extended his congratualtions by stating that Allison has "set herself apart" at the high school level, and the University of Kentucky is proud to offer the Patterson Scholarship.

Congrats to Allison and her family!


Prom 2018 will take place on Friday, May 11.  We set sail on the Ohio River promptly at 7 PM, with River Boat boarding beginning at 6 PM.

Cost: $60.00/person for Jr/Sr Bethel students and $65.00/person for non-Bethel dates and underclassmen.

Ticket Sales: April 5 - 24 (Rm 207 during homeroom and after school to 2:45pm)

Location:  B & B Riverboats 

Time:  Boarding time starts at 6:00 pm and we set sail at 7:00 pm

Theme: "God’s Plan" – Drake; Colors:  White, Maroon & Gold

*** Candidates and escorts must also purchase a ticket

*** All school, transportation and athletic fees must be paid prior to purchasing a ticket

*** There is limited parking for B & B Riverboats.  The parking garage at the Levy is recommended.

*** Each student wishing to purchase a ticket must have a form signed by Mrs. Church stating that ALL fees have been paid (this includes underclassmen and Grant students)

*** If your date is not from our school, you must fill out an out-of-school date form and have it verified by Mrs. Church and bring it when you purchase your ticket

*** NO tickets will be sold at Grant – they must be purchased in Rm 207 at the high school with Mrs. Seals during the above-stated times

Cole Hebbard and Noah Weis qualify for state competition!

Cole Hebbard and Noah Wies qualified for National History Day state competition.  Our group of students represented Bethel-Tate very well, especially given consideration that this was our first year competing. The state competition takes place on Saturday, April 21, at The Ohio State University.  Cole and Noah will be competing against the best the state of Ohio has to offer for a chance to advance to Nationals in Washington D.C. over the summer.  Congratulations!!

Graduation 2018 - Important Information!

Graduation 2018:  The commencement ceremony for the Class of 2018 will take place Thursday, May 24, 2018, at NKU’s BB&T Arena.  The ceremony will begin promptly at 7 PM while the doors will open at 6 PM.

NEW Attendance/Truancy Policy for the Bethel-Tate Local School District

In December 2016, the Ohio General Assembly passed House Bill 410 to encourage and support a preventative approach to excessive absences and truancy. Beginning Aug 22, 2017, several changes take effect.
